No. We can do everything by video call, photos and email.

How do you charge?

The consultation is free. Our fee is agreed upfront: half to start, half when the job is done. You pay contractors directly, so you always see where your money goes.

Can you work with my own builder?

Yes. We'll coordinate them and keep you updated.
